The ComplyJet Agent is a lightweight desktop app that monitors employee devices for security compliance — checking hard drive encryption, antivirus protection, and screen lock settings. Once enabled, devices report their compliance status automatically to your ComplyJet dashboard.
This guide walks admins through the full setup, from enabling the integration to getting every employee enrolled.
Step 1: Go to Integrations
From your ComplyJet dashboard, click Integrations in the left sidebar (under Setup).
Step 2: Find and Connect the ComplyJet Agent
Click on Available tab & in the search bar (top right of the integrations page), type agent. The ComplyJet Agent tile will appear.
Click Connect. A setup panel will open explaining how device enrollment works. Click Save & Test Connection to activate the integration.
Step 3: Verify the Connection
After connecting, search for agent again on the Integrations page. The ComplyJet Agent tile should now show a green Connected badge. If it doesn't appear connected, refresh the page.
Step 4: Switch to Employee View
Click your role indicator in the top-right corner of the app and select Employee from the dropdown.
You should now see a Devices card on your dashboard and a Devices tab in the left sidebar. If neither is visible, refresh the page once.
Step 5: Enroll a Device
Click Devices in the left sidebar, then click the Enroll a Device button. A guided modal will walk you through the installation:
Download the ComplyJet Agent for your OS (macOS or Windows)
Install the agent by running the installer and following the on-screen steps
Enter your enrollment code — paste the link shown in the modal during setup to automatically link the device to your account
Verify device status — the device will appear on this page once it's actively reporting

Step 6: Roll Out to Your Team
Every employee can enroll their own device by logging into ComplyJet and navigating to Devices → Enroll a Device. They'll follow the same steps above.
Once the agent is installed, their device will start reporting compliance status automatically — no further admin action needed.
Fixing Compliance Failures
After enrollment, the agent checks each device against your compliance requirements. If any checks fail, the device will show the specific issue. Use the articles below to resolve common failures:
