Groups let you organize your employees into named sets — an Engineering Team, a Finance team, whatever divisions make sense for your company — so you can point ComplyJet at that same set of people wherever it needs to know who belongs together, instead of picking individuals one at a time. You'll find them at Manage → Organisation → People → More → Manage Groups.
Policy acceptance is one of the features that supports groups today — you can require only a specific group to accept a given policy, covered in Controlling Who Needs to Accept a Policy — and we plan to bring groups into more places over time.
Note: group membership isn't synced from an identity provider — ComplyJet doesn't pull groups in from Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar. Groups created here are managed independently inside ComplyJet, so you'll need to keep membership up to date yourself as people join, move teams, or leave.
Creating a group
Clicking Manage Groups opens a modal listing your existing groups (empty the first time) with an Add Group button:
Add Group opens a form with three fields:
Name — required (e.g. "Engineering Team").
Description — optional, what the group is for.
Members — search by name or email and check people in from your roster. The selected count shows next to "Members" as you go.
Click Create to save the group.
Editing and deleting a group
Back in the Manage Groups modal, every group you've created is listed with its name, description, member count, and two actions:
The pencil icon reopens the same form to rename the group, edit its description, or add/remove members.
The trash icon deletes the group.
