Understanding Your Dashboard (Employee View)

A completely different, simpler dashboard from the admin one — just your own Policies, Awareness Training, and Devices, with nothing company-wide.

If you're using ComplyJet as an admin, switching your role (top-right corner → Employee) shows a completely different dashboard — not a stripped-down version of the admin one, but a focused view of just what's asked of you personally.

Your Responsibilities has three cards, each with its own progress bar and a Completed/Total count:

  • Policies — company policies assigned to you that need review and acknowledgement.

  • Awareness Training — required training courses; see Security Awareness Training for what taking a course actually looks like.

  • Devices — your own device's compliance status.

Unlike the admin Dashboard's readiness circles (Security/Organisation/Risk) and framework progress bars, everything here is scoped to you — there's no company-wide data, since as an employee you're only responsible for your own compliance tasks, not the organization's as a whole.

The left nav also changes to match — Policies, Awareness, Devices, and Settings, dropping every admin-only section (Manage, Prove, Setup).
