Setup → Settings → Users is where you control who can log into ComplyJet, and with what level of access. This is a separate concept from People — People is your HR roster; Users is specifically about login accounts.
The All / Admins / Employees tabs filter the list by role, so you can quickly check who has admin-level access versus standard employee access.
Inviting someone
Invite User opens a form for a single person — name, email, and role(s):
Admin — full access to compliance configuration, integrations, settings, and every workflow page.
Employee — the self-service view: their own tasks, device enrollment, policy acceptance, and awareness training.
A user can hold both roles at once (most people who set up ComplyJet start out as Admin + Employee, same as the demo account shown above). For onboarding everyone in bulk instead of one at a time, Invite All Employees sends invitations to your whole roster in one action.
Managing an existing user
The row actions menu on each user gives you:
Edit — change their name or roles.
Reset Password — trigger a password reset for them.
Delete — remove their login access entirely.
Removing someone's access here only affects their ComplyJet login — it doesn't touch anything in a connected system like Okta or Google Workspace. If they're leaving the company, you still need to offboard them at the source system separately (see Access Systems and Reviews).
