Why Security Training Matters

Compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR require that every employee in your company completes security awareness training. This ensures your team understands the basics of protecting company data, identifying risks like phishing, and following safe practices.

ComplyJet makes this easy by providing ready-to-use training courses built into the platform. Your team can log in, take the course, and you can track completion in real-time.

Training Page

In the Security Awareness Training section, you'll see a list of available courses. These are automatically enabled based on the compliance frameworks you've selected for your company.

Each course is designed to be practical, easy to understand, and aligned with real compliance requirements.

Tracking Completion

For each course, you can view exactly which employees have completed it and who hasn’t.

For example, if a default course like “Security Awareness Training” is enabled, you'll see a completion tracker that shows each employee's status. If someone hasn’t completed the course yet, they’ll appear as non-compliant until they do.

Taking the Course (Employee View)

Employees can log in to their ComplyJet dashboard, navigate to the assigned training, and start the course immediately.

Each course contains a mix of educational content, real-world examples, and quizzes to reinforce learning.

Once the employee completes all required sections and passes the quizzes, their training is marked complete — and they become compliant.

Final Goal

To stay audit-ready and secure, you should ensure:

  • All required courses are enabled

  • Every employee completes their assigned training

  • You regularly review and update course assignments as your team grows

With ComplyJet, the entire training workflow is streamlined — from assigning courses to tracking completions and reporting compliance.
