Setting Up Your Trust Center

Configure your Trust Center's branding before adding content — title, color, font, logo, and favicon.

Written by Upendra Varma

Your Trust Center is ComplyJet's public-facing page for showing prospects and customers your security posture — certifications, controls, policies, and more, without them having to ask you directly. Before adding content, set up how it looks.

Go to Prove → Trust → Trust Center → Settings:

Appearance

  • Trust Center Title — shown in the browser tab and page header.

  • Primary Color and Font — applied throughout the page to match your brand.

  • Logo Redirect Link — where clicking your logo on the Trust Center takes a visitor (usually your main website).

  • Logo and Favicon — your brand images.

There are also SEO Settings and Tracking Settings tabs alongside Appearance, for search-engine metadata and analytics (GA4) respectively.

What "published" actually means

Filling in Appearance doesn't make your Trust Center public by itself. It's reachable at a default app.complyjet.com/trust-page/... URL as soon as you have any content in it, but you'll want a custom domain before sharing it widely — see Connecting a Custom Domain to Your Trust Center.

Building it faster with AI

If you'd rather not fill in every section by hand, Build with ComplyJet AI can pull your logo, brand colors, and customer logos from your company's website, and sync in your enabled frameworks, controls, vendors, and policies automatically. It won't overwrite anything you've already filled in manually.
