Your Trust Center is a webpage — hosted by ComplyJet, or at your own custom domain — that shows prospects and customers your certifications, controls, policies, and subprocessors, without them having to ask you for a security questionnaire or a call with your team. It's the self-serve answer to "can you send us your SOC 2 report" and "what's your security posture."
Find it at Prove → Trust → Trust Center.
What's on the page
The Page Builder is where you edit the content, organized into tabs that map directly to what a visitor sees:
Overview — the hero banner and intro text, the first thing a visitor reads.
Compliance — your enabled frameworks and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.), see Adding Frameworks, Controls, and Documents.
Trusted by — customer logos, for social proof.
Resources — documents visitors can access, drawn from your Resource Library.
Controls — the individual security controls you want to make visible.
Subprocessors — see Adding and Managing Subprocessors.
FAQ — common questions answered up front, so they don't come in as emails.
Updates — a changelog; see Publishing Trust Center Updates.

Public vs. gated content
Not everything has to be visible to anyone who finds the URL. Some content (typically more sensitive documents and details) can be gated behind an access request — a visitor requests access, and you approve or reject it from Access Requests:
This is not an NDA or e-signature workflow — it's simple approve/reject gating. See Reviewing and Approving Trust Center Access Requests for the details, including why this isn't a legal workflow.
Publishing
Filling in content doesn't make the page public by itself — you publish it explicitly with the Publish Trust Center button. It's reachable at a default ComplyJet URL as soon as it's published, and you can point your own domain at it — see Connecting a Custom Domain to Your Trust Center — so it reads as trust.yourcompany.com instead.
Beyond the page itself
Two related features live under the same Trust section but aren't part of the public page:
Questionnaires — ComplyJet AI answering inbound security questionnaires from your policies and past answers, a separate workflow from the public-facing Trust Center page but drawing from the same underlying content (frameworks, controls, documents).
