Connecting a Custom Domain to Your Trust Center

Point a domain like trust.yourcompany.com at your Trust Center instead of the default ComplyJet URL, via a CNAME record.

Written by Upendra Varma

By default your Trust Center is reachable at a app.complyjet.com/trust-page/... URL. For a production-ready Trust Center, connect a custom domain instead — something like trust.yourcompany.com.

Go to Prove → Trust → Trust Center → Settings → Custom Domain:

Steps

  1. Pick a Domain Type and enter your Custom Domain (e.g. trust as the prefix on yourcompany.com).

  2. Click Add Custom Domain — this generates a CNAME record for you to add.

  3. Go to your DNS provider (wherever yourcompany.com is managed) and add that CNAME record.

  4. Back in ComplyJet, use Check Status to confirm DNS has propagated and SSL is active.

DNS propagation isn't instant — it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on your provider. The status check will show pending until it's fully live.

Until it's connected

The default app.complyjet.com/trust-page/... URL keeps working the whole time, custom domain or not — so you can always share that link if you need to send someone your Trust Center before DNS finishes propagating.
