If you're setting up your People roster for the first time, or need to add a batch of new hires at once, you don't have to add each person individually.
On the People page, open the ⋮ menu (top right) and choose Import via CSV:
Add Employee — the single-person path, if you only need to add one.
Sync From Integration — pulls people automatically from a connected HR/identity provider, and is generally the better option if you already have one connected, since it keeps itself in sync going forward rather than being a one-time upload.
Import via CSV — the bulk, one-time upload path covered here.
This opens the Import People via CSV dialog: a click-or-drag upload zone for your CSV file. The first row of the file must contain column headers — ComplyJet uses these to map each column to the right field (name, email, start date, employment status, and so on).
Once you've selected a file, Upload CSV processes it and adds those people to your roster.
Use this when migrating from a spreadsheet or another system that can export a CSV, and reach for Sync From Integration instead if your source is a live HR tool you'll want to stay connected to.
