Some controls have a manual, document-based fallback in case the automated test for them doesn't fit how you actually do things. These are your Alternative evidence documents.
Finding alternative documents
Go to the Tests page.
Click the Excluded tab.
Use the Type filter to narrow the list down to documents.
Look for the ones tagged Alternative.
When to use them
Reach for an Alternative document any time an automated test isn't the right fit — you've deactivated it, or you handle that control through a system ComplyJet has no integration for (an external or in-house tool for something like performance monitoring, for example). In that case:
Deactivate the automated test that doesn't fit.
Activate its Alternative document instead.
Upload evidence — screenshots or exports — showing how you actually satisfy the control.
