Deactivating a test removes it from your active compliance checks without deleting it from your program. Deactivated tests won't run, won't affect your compliance score, and can be reactivated at any time.
There are two ways to deactivate tests in ComplyJet.
Method 1 – Bulk deactivate from the Tests page
Use this when you want to deactivate multiple tests at once.
Go to Tests in the left sidebar.
Select the tests you want to deactivate using the checkboxes on the left side of each row.
A toolbar will appear at the top showing the number of selected tests. Click Deactivate.
The selected tests will be moved to Excluded status and will no longer run.
Method 2 – Deactivate from an individual test page
Use this when you want to deactivate a specific test after reviewing it.
Go to Tests and click on any test to open it.
In the top right corner, click Deactivate.
This works for both automated and manual tests.
Reactivating a test
To bring a deactivated test back into your program, go to the Excluded tab on the Tests page, find the test, and click Activate.
