Some Trust Center content (like a SOC 2 report) is marked private, meaning a visitor has to request access before they can view or download it. Go to Prove → Trust → Trust Center → Access Requests to manage those requests:
Reviewing a request
Each row shows the requester's name, email, company, and current status. From the Actions column you can:
Grant Access — approves the request and emails the requester their personal access URL.
Revoke (on an already-approved request) — invalidates their access.
Re-approve a previously rejected request the same way — approving and revoking are really the same underlying toggle, so a "rejected" request can always be granted access later without them re-submitting.
Each approved contact gets one persistent access URL that keeps working until you explicitly revoke it — it doesn't expire on its own.
Proactively sharing access
You don't have to wait for someone to request access — Share Access at the top of the page lets you invite someone directly, sending them their access link immediately without them having to ask first.
Important: this is not an NDA workflow. Approving a request does not send, track, or require a signed NDA — ComplyJet has no built-in e-signature or NDA feature here. If your process requires an NDA before sharing sensitive documents, that has to happen separately (e.g. over email) before you click Grant Access.
What this actually gates
Access Requests only controls private content — anything you've marked public on your Trust Center is visible to anyone with the link, no request or approval needed at all.
