Auditor Portal: Managing Your Auditor Clients

How the Clients page ties your firm's engagements together, and how a client gets added to your auditor account in the first place.

Written by Upendra Varma

The Clients page is the top level of the auditor portal — every company your firm has been engaged to audit, with a running total of audits per client.

All / Ongoing Audits / Completed Audits tabs filter the list the same way they do elsewhere in the product.

Adding a client

Add Client links a new company to your auditor account:

You'll need that company's Company Identifier — this comes from the client, not from you. On the client's side, they add your firm under Setup → Settings → Auditors using your firm's UUID (see Creating & Managing Audits); this is effectively the reverse handshake, connecting your auditor account to their org.

Viewing a client's audits

Click any client row to see its full detail — client info plus every assigned audit engagement:

Each audit card shows its framework, audit window, and status, with Go To Audit dropping you straight into that audit's workspace — see Understanding the Audit Workspace for what's inside.
