Early on, it's greyed out and unclickable — this GDPR framework is at 4% Controls Readiness, and the button stays locked until you've made meaningful progress (well past the very start). Keep working through controls and it becomes available once you've crossed that threshold.
This is a readiness snapshot, not an audit report. It reflects your current progress at the moment you download it — it isn't attested by an auditor and isn't a substitute for the official Audit Report you get once an actual audit is complete. Treat it as an internal or pre-sales artifact showing how far along you are, not as proof of compliance you'd hand to a customer expecting a real certification.
