Inside an audit, the Evidence tab is where you spend most of your time — every item the client's ComplyJet account has generated, waiting on your review.
All / Pending / Accepted / Flagged tabs filter the list. Each row shows the evidence name, its type (mostly automated Test checks), current status, and whether it has open comments.
Reviewing a single item
Click any evidence row to open its detail panel:
Details — name, description, and current status.
Evidence tab — a Run Overview trend chart of this check's pass/fail history across the audit window, plus the underlying evidence table for any date you pick (defaults to the latest run). This is where you actually inspect what the client's systems reported.
Comments tab — a thread scoped to just this evidence item.
At the bottom: Flag Evidence and Accept Evidence. Note that clicking Flag Evidence applies immediately — there's no separate confirmation or reason prompt, so if you want to explain why something's flagged, do that as a follow-up comment on the same item.
Reviewing in bulk
Select multiple rows with the checkboxes to get a bulk action bar:
Accept Selected, Flag Selected, and Add Comment all apply to every checked item at once — useful when several near-identical checks (e.g. the same test across many employees) all deserve the same verdict.
Tracking follow-up conversations
The Comments tab (in the audit's left nav, separate from an individual evidence item's own Comments) is a rollup of every evidence item with an active conversation:
Needs Reply (Client) and Replied (Client) filter this down to exactly what needs your attention — instead of hunting back through 50+ evidence items to remember which ones you left a question on.
