Step 1: Provide SWIF API Credentials
To authorize access, you’ll need to generate an API token and retrieve your organization ID from the SWIF dashboard.
Log in to your SWIF Dashboard.
Navigate to:
Settings > API Key
Copy the API Token.
Paste this into the API Token field in ComplyJet.
Locate the Organization ID shown beside the API key.
Paste this into the Organization ID field in ComplyJet.
Why this is needed:
These credentials allow ComplyJet to authenticate with SWIF’s API and retrieve your organization's data securely.
Step 2: Validate and Connect
After entering the API token and organization ID, click Validate in ComplyJet.
ComplyJet will use the credentials to test the connection with SWIF.
If validation is successful, the integration will be completed and ComplyJet will begin syncing data.
Troubleshooting tips:
Ensure the API token is copied exactly as shown.
Make sure your SWIF account has the appropriate permissions.
Confirm that the organization ID is correct and not expired or revoked.
Completion
Once connected, ComplyJet will automatically start pulling data from your SWIF environment and use it to populate your compliance evidence and inventory dashboards.
