Adding and Managing Subprocessors

List the third-party vendors who process your customers' data on your Trust Center — pick from a standard directory or add a custom one.

Prove → Trust → Trust Center → Subprocessors lists every third-party vendor that touches your customers' data — cloud hosting, MDM, identity providers, and similar. This is often one of the first things a security-conscious prospect checks.

Managing the list

Manage opens an editable drawer for the full list — drag the handle on the left of each row to reorder, or use Edit / delete on any entry:

Adding a subprocessor

Add Subprocessor gives you two ways in:

  • Choose standard vendor — pick from a searchable directory of known vendors (matches your connected integrations, plus common ones like Cloudflare, Railway, MongoDB Atlas, Aikido, Office 365) — click Add and it's in.

  • Create custom — for anything not in that directory: just a name and an optional logo.

Editing an entry

Edit on any row lets you fill in more detail than the quick-add flow captures — a domain, a description of what the vendor is used for, and its data-processing location:

Location defaults to "Global" — worth narrowing if a vendor only processes data in a specific region and that matters for a customer's own compliance requirements (e.g. EU data residency).
