Disconnecting an Integration vs. Deleting It

There's no separate "disconnect" action — Delete is it. Here's what actually happens to your historical evidence when you use it.

Every integration's Manage dialog (Setup → Integrations → find the provider → Manage) shows the same set of actions for a connected account — typically Update, Delete, and Sync Resources. There's no separate "Disconnect" button that stops new data from syncing while keeping the connection around.

Delete is the only way to disconnect

If you want to stop an integration from actively syncing — moving off one MDM provider onto another, retiring a cloud account, or just cleaning up — Delete on that provider account is the action to use. There's nothing missing; this is intentional, not a half-built feature.

Your historical evidence isn't deleted with it

Deleting an integration connection removes ComplyJet's ongoing access to that system, but it does not erase the evidence and test results already collected from it — those stay in your audit history exactly as they were, since an auditor reviewing a past period still needs to see what was true then. What stops is new data coming in from that source going forward.

This matters most when migrating between tools — for example, moving device management from a third-party MDM onto the ComplyJet Agent. Delete the old MDM integration once the new one is actively reporting on your devices; you don't need to keep both connected, and you won't lose the evidence history the old one already generated.
