ComplyJet integrates with Microsoft Intune to securely pull in your device inventory and compliance state data. This enables automated checks for endpoint compliance, security posture, and audit readiness for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

This guide walks you through the process of connecting your Microsoft Intune environment to ComplyJet.

Step 1: Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have the required permissions and are signed into the correct Microsoft account.

  1. Admin Role Required
You must have either the Global Administrator or Intune Administrator role in your Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) tenant to authorize third-party access and fetch compliance data.

🔍 You can check your role by visiting:
Intune Admin Center → Tenant Administration → My Permissions

  2. Correct Admin Account Logged In
Make sure you're signed into the correct admin account in your browser before starting the connection process.

Step 2: Connect Microsoft Intune

Once prerequisites are met, the connection process is fast and secure.

  1. Click the Connect Microsoft Intune button below to initiate the OAuth flow

  2. You’ll be redirected to Microsoft to log in and grant access to ComplyJet

  3. After granting consent, you’ll be automatically redirected back to ComplyJet, and the integration will complete

You’re Done!

Once connected:

✅ Your Intune-managed devices will begin appearing in the ComplyJet dashboard
✅ Compliance states (e.g., encryption, antivirus, screen lock) will be automatically analyzed
✅ Relevant compliance monitors will be enabled with no manual effort
